Vietnam will implement adaptation activities to enhance resistance to climate change (CC) can facilitate to contribute so much to mitigating greenhouse gas emissions.

The content of the commitments in the contribution report is expected to announce in the morning of October 12 in Hanoi by Vietnam's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment .

The INDC formulation and submission is responsibility and obligation of all parties to the UNFCCC and the request must be submitted before October 01, 2015. This will be an important input for the preparation of the negotiation at COP21 taking place in Paris, France at the end of this year.

In Vietnam, this task was assigned to Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with relevant ministries for construction from mid- 2014. To September 30, INDC of Vietnam had been sent to the secretariat of the Convention.

Speaking at the Conference of Vietnam ICT Announcement this morning, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha affirmed, in conditions of Vietnam, a developing country, is most affected by climate change, INDC reflected efforts responsibility commitments of Vietnam, contributing to the goals of the Framework Convention on Climate Change of the United Nations.
